Cooking A Man-Sized Head

If you cut off a normal man-sized human head, how long do you think it would have to cook in the oven to be nice and done? I'm guessing it would be 450 degrees for an hour an a half. Anybody have any idea about this? I remember seeing a cooked sheep's head in the movie "Angela's Ashes."  Would the timing be similar? How long do you cook a sheep's head? Would a man's head be about the same?
